		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. I think that there are challenging times around at the moment but there really isnt any need for all the doom and gloom. I think people who have been struggling for the last few years are possibly using it as a convenient excuse to get out cleanly. I see great opps for people who are hard working and willing to put in the sweat equity to build it up during the tough times</description>

I know in December of 2008 several companies laid off many of their employees starting with the sales &amp; marketing departments! This action has cost their businesses severely as they are now having issues handling normal, everyday business and losing sells because of it.

Companies that gravitate to Stellar Customer Service, Top Notch Quality Products and Affordability will soon become the new industry leaders.</description>
